Linen Dress and Jacket

	Beautiful tea length dress in light blue linen has empire waist with gathers at the bust and a gently flared skirt. dress features a contrasting blue under bust belt detail, stylised squared neckline and short sleeves with light padding to define shoulder line. Dress has rear zip fastening and is fully lined. Cropped jacket in royal blue linen has no front fastening, 3/4 sleeves, bias cut standing collar and is fully lined.

Ideas:	This ensemble was designed for a customer who is a classic apple shape. To achieve the look she desired, the pattern block used was adjusted to her measurements before any style lines or shaping were added so the dress would compliment her individual bust and hip shape.
