Terms and Shipping

Initial consultation and fittings are undertaken without charge.

A £50 deposit is required on commencement of service of made to measure garments.  

A 50% deposit is required on commencement of service of remote made to measure garments.  

The cost of postage and packing or other form of delivery on remote ready to wear garments is in addition to the cost of the garment.  

Payment for material (if required) is due at time material is ordered.  

Payment of balance is required on completion of garment.  

The length of time required to make the garment will be mutually agreed by the customer and Paul Hawley London Ltd

Alterations are undertaken and payment is expected on completion, major alterations may require a 50% deposit  

Forms of payment accepted:Electronic banking, Paypal, cash, cheque.
